TWS summer social walk complete 🩷
Thank you again to my amazing TWS community and showing up this Sunday morning🩷
Here promoting movement and community outside the gym as summer is upon us, i am a big advocate for more green time and less screen time🌳🌞💕

The good news? You don’t need to jump straight into intense workouts.
Start where you are. A short walk. A gentle strength session. Ten minutes of movement. Consistency will always beat perfection 🧘🏼♀️
Your body is going through a huge transition, so give yourself some grace. The goal isn’t to punish your body—it’s to support it.
