I've experienced childhood trauma, abuse, domestic violence, grief, loss, addiction, the dark night of the soul, spiritual awakenings and deep shadow work. I understand what it feels like to search for answers, and I know that healing is possible.

The reflexology dimension: One minute you’re on the couch, the next you’re floating between planets and forgetting your problems.

I recently worked with a lovely lady who suffered panic attacks that resulted in fainting. She had an upcoming holiday and because one of the fainting triggers was the airport, this was causing anxiety about her trip.

During her first session we worked on all the triggers and past traumas that came up and she had an amazing result.
