In 2020, my inner healing journey truly began.

I found the courage to leave a cult I was born into a decision that came with an overwhelming wave of anxiety, grief and loss. Overnight, I was shunned by everyone I had ever known. I had to start life all over again… and then Covid hit. The isolation became even deeper.

Years of depression and anxiety had taken their toll, not just mentally but physically too. I was exhausted, unwell, and searching for ways to heal when everything felt broken. I turned inward and began learning about gut health, nutrition, the power of talking, and holistic therapies. I immersed myself in understanding aromatherapy oils, natural ingredients, and how the body can gently be supported back into balance.

Bath salts became my daily ritual.

A moment to pause.

To breathe.

To reconnect.

The soothing scents, calming oils and warm water created a space for mindfulness and stillness. Slowly, bath by bath, I began to heal from the inside out.

When the pandemic lifted and life returned to its fast pace, I slipped back into the rat race but something inside me never let go of what those moments of calm had given me. After years of change, growth and reflection, I knew it was time.

Soak Salts was reignited with purpose.

Using my signature blend, created from experience, healing and intention, I want to help others find that same sense of calm to slow down, soften the noise, and elevate their bath into a ritual of restoration.
