A relaxing treatment that starts with an abdominal massage, seeking out tight areas, blockages, breaking up lesions.
The massage will be bespoke to your personal needs and takes into account any surgeries or underlying health issues.
The massage may also include some hip work, lyphatic drainage and diaphragm and rib release.

A warm castor oil pack will then be applied to your abdomen.
Whilst the pack is on, you will receive a massage to your neck, shoulders, jaw, and scalp, activating the vegus nerve, releasing stress, and deeply relaxing your body and mind.
Leg massage and back, neck and shoulder massage

This treatment can help ease symptoms such as bloating, slow digestion, painful or disrubted periods and IBS.
Ideal after abdominal surgery, c sections and natural birth.
As well as pre surgery, especially in cases of endometriosis.

Must be cleared by doctor for post surgery treatments and at least 3 months after surgery.

A full facial with double cleanser, toner, aha exfoliator, full facial massage, including chest and arms and hands. Deep cleansing face mask and scalp massage.
finished with a gorgeous balancing face cream.
