This is one of many well around the beautiful Malvern hills (St Ann’s).

And Malvern Hills feels like home in a way I can’t ignore.

Because as someone once said…

“Nowhere can a woman find a quieter or more untroubled retreat than in her own soul.”

I’ve always loved that sentiment.

But in reality… we don’t always give ourselves the space to get there.

Booking in for a treatment each month gives you something we rarely allow ourselves
time to fully switch off and reset.

I’m putting together a new lymphatic based facial and massage treatment, will take some time to get right but I’ll let you know when it’s ready if you like?

Was thinking I had to show everything, every product every qualification.

It’s overwhelming. Now I keep it minimal. My qualifications are on my website and products are recommendations per client, if required.

When you understand something deeply, you don’t need to overcomplicate it.
