I have been keeping a little secret…..over the last year I threw myself back into probably one of the best yoga teacher trainings available in this country at this time (over 8 years after my very first yoga teacher qualification) and I am very pleased to say that I’m now a Daoist Flow qualified teacher 🙌

Daoist Flow combines the principles of breath, energy and alignment with primary movement patterns; Yogic, Buddhist and Daoist philosophy, vinyasa flow, yoga practise and theory, somatic movement practise and theory, qigong practise and theory, somatic anatomy, meditation and mindfulness. It really is a beautifully healing practise 💗

It was an absolute privilege to be able to learn from some of the best teachers out there not exclusively but including and a big shout out to my fantastically inspiring and creative mentor for supporting me through the process 💫

I am now based in the Lichfield area so if you think Daoist Flow might be of interest to you, or alternatively if you’re a teacher/healer/therapist and you’d like to collaborate, please reach out 🙏✨

It is with heavy heart that I must inform you that all classes in the north Staffordshire area (Stafford, Eccleshall and Stoke) have now ceased (as of 18 December 2025). This is due to my relocation to Lichfield.

I hope everyone has had a fabulous summer break!
Owing to a slight change in my circumstances and current training commitments, my teaching schedule is now as follows:

Ebb and Flow group practise (weekly) - starts again on Monday 8 September at Eccleshall Community Centre 7pm

One to one yoga and yoga therapy sessions (either at The Therapy Quarters, Stoke on Trent, in person or online) - Fridays at various times

Private group practise (minimum 5 persons) - Friday

I do have other flexibility for one to ones on a case by case basis so please get in touch if that’s of interest.

Different patterns formed from sacred geometry offer focal points for meditative states, such as mandalas and Sri Yantras.

In our wonderful Sacred Flow ~ Art and Yoga Afternoon Retreat we’ll be painting this flower of life image adding colours intuitively and learning about this sacred symbol ⚛️🌸🌼

Hi Everyone

There will be no group yoga at Eccleshall Community Centre 7pm on the upcoming bank holiday Mondays (21 April, 5 May or 26 May).

Classes will however continue at Offley Hay Village Hall just down the road on Thursdays 2-3pm.
