Why did I ever free hand brows when mapping thread + paste makes brow treatments sooo much easier?

Was it an ego thing? Was it lack of education? Was it lack of courage?

Perhaps a mix of all three, but since using mapping thread I can happily say I’ll never look back.

Uneven or non symmetrical brows are a worry for most clients, therefore using guides to ensure as equal results as possible reassures them of your skills and treatment offering.

Brow mapping has become a buzzword recently, so ensure you are keeping up to date in the industry 🤍

I always use the white thread to map, then sometimes for extra guidance use brow carving palette. The .bh flat brush is amazing for precise and smooth application.

When it glides through the brows 🫶🏻 Step 2 is dreamy

The Mayamy Long Term Brow Perm compositions have a gentle and safe formula that does not damage hairs. The new formula contains Usma Oil which deeply nourishes the hairs and stimulates growth.

Long-Term Brow Perm (also known as Brow Lamination) recovers and strengthens hairs. It can solve the problem of brow asymmetry and unruly brow hairs by softening the hair so it can be shaped into the desired position. Thin brows can be brushed up to give a fuller-looking brow, enhancing the face.

Results last up to 12 weeks!

Timings:

6-8 mins for fine hair
8-10 mins for normal hair
10-12 mins for dense, thick, undyed hair
12-15 mins for very coarse or unruly hair

I use the 001 silicone brush to apply this solution to minimise wasted product and to work it into every hair.

Step by step Hybrid Brows 📝

1. Cleanse the brows, my fav foam cleanser at the moment is bubblegum foam
2. Map the brows, I prefer white string from
3. Apply hybrid tint, the 006 brush and hybrid dye
4. Wax, I love strip wax and have been using new watermelon wax 🍉
5. Remove tint with wet cotton wool, stitched cotton rounds only from
6. Post wax cream to soothe the skin, lavender sensitive cream is the best smells unreal!
7. Tweeze any left over hairs, pointed pro tweezers from
8. Brush through the brows with a clear brow gel (secret gel coming soon from 👀)
9. Trim the brows with spring scissors, trust me so much better than normal scissors!! From

Smooth and lifted brows, stunning results 😍 Gone are the days of scary sky high brows, using the best products and best techniques to create healthy beautiful brows fit for a bombshell

Always has been, and likely always will be, my number one lamination system is by

Results can last up to 12 weeks, being one of the longest lasting lamination treatments on the market.

My top tips:

- Use cling film to avoid the solutions drying out whilst processing the brows.
- Use a dental brush or mini spoolie to style the brows and create accurate lift.
- Use a silicone brush to work your solutions in to avoid unnecessary disposable and soaking up of the product. My favs are by
- Use a touch of graphite tint in your tint mix ratios to correct any warm lightening of the brows during the lifting process.

Important recommendations:

- Do not use the same micro-brush when working with Composition 1 (Brow Lift) and Composition 2 (Brow Sculpt).
- The caps on the compositions’ bottles should not come into contact with other compositions or tare, as it may lead to the inefficiency of the compositions.
- Close the bottles tightly after the procedure. This will help avoid the inefficiency of the compositions when performing the subsequent procedures.
- Remove dried glue residues from the neck of the tube after each use.

I think blonde brows are my favourite, what a transformation 😍

Blonde henna can be tricky to get right, but I love to use Taupe by for the perfect colour boost. With henna lasting up to 6 weeks on the hair, henna is a must have on my treatment list
