It’s that time of year again...
I'm doing a collection of all unwanted toiletries to take them to my local women's refuge . I know lots of us have half used bottles of this and that, If any of you have any toiletries you want to donate then please pass to me. Even better, if you have an old hand bag you don't want then stick them in that, as I'm sure the ladies at the refuge will appreciate!

This is a good video to explain why not to use chemical sunscreen!
• chemical sunscreens break down in the sun and convert into free radicals
(Free radicals = ❌ as they ➡️ to cancers)
•One full body application of chemical sunscreen has has much oestrogen in as daily hormone replacement therapy 😓
• check ingredients. If first listed ingredient isn't zinc oxide then don't put on skin.
(Have heard several cases where people think they're allergic to zinc but this is very unlikely given its abundance in the atmosphere, and is more likely to be down to the quality of zinc used in chemical sunscreens)
