Hello everyone 🫶

I would like to share a few important reminders regarding individual eyelash extensions and aftercare.

To maintain the health of your natural lashes and ensure your extensions remain in good condition, please book an infill or removal appointment within 2–3 weeks of your treatment.

For your safety, please do not attempt to remove lash extensions yourself. Using at-home removal products or pulling at the extensions can cause irritation, damage to your natural lashes, and discomfort around the eye area.

Regular lash cleansing is also essential. Lash baths help prevent the build-up of dust, oils, and debris that can lead to irritation. If you are unable to carry out lash cleansing at home, I offer a lash bath service for £5 to help keep your lash line clean and healthy.

If you are new to individual lash extensions, please let me know before your appointment. I will be happy to provide a step-by-step aftercare guide to help you care for your lashes correctly.

Please note that I cannot accept responsibility for issues resulting from incorrect aftercare, self-removal, or treatments carried out by other technicians. However, if you are wearing lashes applied by me and experience any concerns, I will always do my best to assist and resolve the issue where possible.

I kindly ask that clients do not arrive at my home without a pre-arranged appointment or prior contact. Unannounced visits may result in being turned away.
