We are excited to share that Renew is up and running, offering three gentle fitness sessions each week at the North East Dance Wellness Hub to support people in Sunderland recovering from cancer. Fully funded by Sport England, Renew provides a safe, welcoming space to move, connect, and rebuild confidence. Recruitment is still open, so get in touch if you or someone you know could benefit. We will be back in January but you can sign up for this provision right now.

Looking ahead to January, we will also be launching a new wellbeing programme for vulnerable older adults aged 55+, funded by Awards for All, offering six therapeutic treatments and one hour of weekly group support to 60 participants, helping them stay active, engaged, and supported. Our support group sessions and treatments are winding down before Christmas but we are still here for you and our TNLCF funded delivery will continue from January 2025.
