Rest does not need to be earned…
I say this a lot, although I’m pretty sure most of us are ‘earning’ it daily. It’s more of a reminder that we don’t need to wait until exhaustion and burnout hits before we take time for ourselves. Regular self care and time for intentional relaxation keeps us focussed, rejuvenated, resilient, and gives us the ability to be present in our lives rather than functioning on autopilot ✨
