Huge congratulations to my amazing client Sophie Rees who last week completed the incredible challenge of running 5 marathons in 5 days and raised over £10,000 for Princess Alice Hospice in the process 💪🏻🥳!

It was a privilege to be able to support her with some sports massage sessions and kinesiology taping during the course of the 5 days, treating any aches and pains that came up and helping with her recovery.
