One of my clients brought me this little cactus today and told me it was because I “bring rainbows into people’s lives.”
Or is it because I can be a bit prickly? 🤣🌵
I wasn’t expecting that.
Most days I’m just Helen in the shed, helping people explore what might make things feel a little easier. Sometimes that’s massage, sometimes movement, sometimes balance, and sometimes finding a different way to look at a problem.
It’s a lovely reminder that progress isn’t always measured in pain scores and exercises.
Sometimes it’s measured in confidence, hope, and feeling a bit more like yourself again.

Now I just need to try not to kill the plant… 🌵😂

Holiday over ☀️ 😔
It's been a lovely week in Cyprus and now it's time to head home.
Thank you to everyone who has messaged while I've been away. I'll be catching up over the next couple of days.
My June diary is now open as normal and I'm looking forward to seeing everyone soon. I am however 50% pina colada!

Neck and shoulder still not quite right?
You’ve stretched it
Rested it
Maybe had a massage or physio
It helped… but didn’t stick
That’s usually where I come in
We don’t just “treat” it
We look at how your body is working, try a few things, and re-check
Then we keep what actually helps
No forcing
No guessing
Just finding what works for you
