Now this is a bit of a cheat post, because the is my baby 😂 but I’m proud none the less. I am creating a supportive network of Aesthetic Prescribers, it can be quite an isolated role as we tend to work on our own prescribing for our medics, we don’t have a team we can brainstorm with or bounce ideas off of, well, now we do 😂 we are only 3 weeks in but its growing faster than I ever imagined and I’m so excited for the opportunities it could bring our way xx

What is Dermaplaning??

I love this SPF, I have oily but dehydrated skin, so thick or sticky SPF isn’t for me, this one is really lightweight, absorbs really quickly and doesn’t leave a white cast, highly recommend ♥️

Feel like you should have a skincare routine but have no idea where to start? Start off with a gentle cleanser, one for all skin types will be fine a first. Next is a moisturiser you can obviously get these based on your skin type (dry, dehydrated, aging, sensitive, oily etc) If you have oily skin go for an oil free moisturiser and same for SPF. Use a broad spectrum SPF at least factor 30, makeup with added SPF isn’t enough protection, you can get some great SPFs now days that don’t leave your skin sticky and white!
