The most beautiful day yesterday began with the most sublime Massage that I’ve had in a long time. I you know me well you will know how fussy I am always seeking out the most prestigious therapists and luxe locations in the UK and Europe.

Chantal’s massage was a sublime mix of medium pressure with lymphatic drainage.

Business Update 📔

Lots of changes and priorities this first half of 2024 have meant I have stepped back a lot from social media and any pressures that I don’t feel align.

I’m in a good place and really enjoying life. I have prioritised my loyal regular clients and now have a waiting list for treatments with me.

I have just 5 hours of available appointments before end June. So if you have been meaning to get in touch and get back to seeing me regularly for remedial massage reiki and reflexology please let me know.

It’s likely I will take down my website and I won’t be advertising on socials. I love seeing my regulars and want to focus on them.

Thanks for all your support each and every client over the past 22 years. This is not the end it’s a new chapter of my ever evolving business 🙏

My “job” is my joy! I cannot recommend these retreats enough. Women who within a couple of days open their hearts to trust, learn, develop and understand how whatever life throws at you there can be healing in the company of others and these women hold you in such a nurturing professional way that you cannot fail to take away strength and new life skills to equip you for the weeks and months ahead. 👏🏻

Lightbulb moment !?

Just returned from the most beautiful self love retreat. Hosted by my dream team I am incredibly fortunate to be invited back time after time to deliver holistic treatments to guests. I love to see & hear how each person develops over the weekend & to look after each person with my undivided attention when they have their therapy session with me.

I get plenty of downtime & enjoy the yoga and wonderful food evenings spent crafting journaling dancing laughing & slumbering! I had a sunny spot to share with our wonderful chef each morning whilst the workshop was on where I as always had my planner at the ready & then I realised…….! Be in the now!! What are you doing planning more doing! Instead of being! You are here with the dream job enjoying the moment! Stop be still listen & connect…. & it brought me so much joy. So thank you for being my wake up call. Your calm friendly presence is just what I needed and I loved our morning coffee breaks.
There’s a time and a place and be in the moment right here right now. Be true to yourself x

Self Love Retreat 🥰 Feb 23

This weeks vibe 🤒 Seeing the positives :
Cleansing, detoxification, lots of sleep, journaling, manifesting, dreaming and delicious smoothies. Getting this years winter cold out of the way right at the start 👋.

It’s been a while since I manicured A list celebs but 💯 my a list nail wonder is Jodie from 🙏 always love my gels ♥️ thanks my star 🌟

Supporting local makers 🙏 I had a lovely morning waking late with no alarm mooching around & meeting Nisa in her brand new beautiful shop. Then finding Nisa’s gorgeous handwash and handcream in when I used the loo when I stopped off for an obligatory Back to my market hall visit I chatted to Danny who has such a beautiful shop selling crystals candles and much more at and then saw giving him some little bunches of autumnal beauty so just had to buy them! 💐 I am known as Mrs Autumn by a few friends my fave time of year and colours!

Then absolutely wow factor for cuddling up by the fire I found this beautiful blanket in 💝 what a way to spend 2 hours and then picking up a delicious lunch to share with a friend that I was visiting from 💗

We are so fortunate in Shrewsbury to have so many amazing local offerings (My business being one of them by the way 🥰).

No wonder has plenty to shout about!

Now I’m totally ready for work tomorrow at my beautiful haven of tranquility in Belle Vue link in bio to book a treatment x

Elevenses ☕️

World Mental Health day for me began as Tues mornings often do no alarm, a yoga and meditation class and a coffee. Time out from my business is something I factor in for a day or a morning at least once a week to reset and rest.

Now I’m cracking on with admin before treating clients in a few hours and I feel so positive and high energy to focus this afternoon.
