Happy Imbolc!
Imbolc welcomes the sun and the springs rebirth, the light of the sun renews the earth.
After months of turning inward, of hibernation & of rest, life is beginning to stir again. Spiritually, this is a time of new life coming into manifestation. We may only be seeing the tiniest hints of life above the surface but things are really beginning to stir in the darkness.
Imbolc brings a time of cleansing our spirits. This is the time to clear out the dirty old clutter, and the things that died within us during winter, in order to prepare for the exciting new growth to come.
Imbolc is a holiday of hope, a celebration of the Goddess Brigid, and the perfect time to honour your inner fire and awakened the life force within you.
After last week’s new moon, we are now in the first full moon cycle of winter.
This moon cycle is the time to really lean into the energy of winter, to do the work that winter supports you in.
In winter, your most important work is to rest.This season's slow-moving energy encourages you to rest, not only your body, but also your mind.
Our minds get so busy. We’re busy processing everything going on in our lives, stressing about things happening in the world, receiving endless stimulation. All. Day. Long. It’s important to recognise you're not truly resting if your mind is still moving. It can still exhaust you. A constant mind-chatter wears you down.
It’s important to calm & quiet your mind so you can hear your own inner voice. You're clearing space so you can hear the wisdom & guidance available to you in winter; divine downloads from your Soul, from the Divine, from Nature & the Earth herself.
Wisdom is received inwardly in winter.
If you're willing to be still & listen deeply, the cold crispness of these winter days can give you clarity about where you want to direct your energy for the coming year.
The magic of winter lies in the unseen; it's the power of growth & new life that's hidden in rest, and stillness, and quiet. You may not see the growth that's happening when you rest & open yourself to receive, but that is winter's magic. Allow yourself the stillness required for this quiet magic to take hold. ❄️❄️❄️

Happy Winter Solstice all!
As we enter the darkest day of the year (in the Northern hemisphere)....we enter the void...the spiritual womb. Everything has an opportunity to be released, cleanses, cleared, and renewed for greater growth and expansion!
It's a powerful cycle of regeneration!
The darkness reminds us of our growth - the moments throughout the year that we've been challenged, stretched, pushed, and all the ways that we grew! And it can guide us into reflection and introspection....to see what we're ready to release in order to grow even more!
