Deposit Policy

To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.

Deposit amount
• A deposit of 50% of your appointment.
• The deposit will be deducted from your final bill on the day of your appointment.

Cancellations & rescheduling
• Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the loss of the deposit.
• If you give 48 hours’ notice or more, your deposit can be transferred to a new appointment (once only).

No-shows
• Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in the loss of your deposit and full payment may be required before future bookings.

Late arrivals
• Arriving more than 30 minutes late may result in your appointment being shortened or cancelled, and your deposit may be forfeited.

Refunds
• Deposits are non-refundable, except if the appointment is cancelled by me.
