Hello!

I’m Tasha and I’m really pleased to be joining the team in the safe, secure, established surroundings of I D Physiotherapy as a massage therapist. I hope to help with your aches and pains caused by tension from everyday activities and/or sports!

My sports massage journey has just begun, with previous experience within Spa’s where I found that my passion was reducing and relieving troublesome tension to help people feel looser and lighter, which is what led me to attaining my sports therapy qualification.

I’m so passionate about the benefits of massage therapy and as a runner I understand the importance of remedial treatments to help prevent injuries and down time.
