Another little loss today. Had my aloe, tea,shake so now im going to have my protein snack which will be bbq chips i absolutely love them ❤️

I've been falling into an old routine of not believing in myself and hiding myself away! It's hard having chronic illnesses and it contributes greatly to my mental health. But I'm back on track!
Remember it's OK to stumble its about getting back up dusting yourself off and carrying on forward.

Officially back on track this week! Shifted the bit of weight I'd gained on my wobble!
We all fall off track from time to time but all that matters is that you accept it and push forward. It's nothing to beat yourself up over.
Some of the meals I have eaten the past couple of weeks. The protein ones are so good and filling! Really tasty!

Sorry for the lack of posts and interaction! Life has been a massive roller coaster the past few weeks with health etc and my weight has been the same! I gained 1.5kg over the past 3 weeks and got 400 off today at club. Ive hardly drank any fluids but kept to my meals mostly but it's amazing how important hydration is to weightloss! So again we start a fresh page and March on! We knew this wouldn't be an easy journey!.

Omg I've slacked so much on here! I'm sorry 😞 last week I got my 1 stone loss 🥰 so onto 1.5 stone loss now. I'm breaking it down into small milestones as like 9 stone/10 stone just seems so far away! And it can be a bit off putting so I definitely recommend making them milestones small and often.
