Hey ladies,
I am changing the way I work when booking appointments.
Any new appointments booked in will now need to be confirmed with your card details.
Once an appointment is booked in, you will receive an email & text message providing you with a link to a secure system to enter your details.
No appointment will be secured until it has been confirmed.
You will also receive a reminder email & text message before your appointment. If you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, please could you give me as much notice as possible, Ideally, at least 48 hours notice would allow me enough time to fill the slot. Any cancellations less than 24 hours before the appointment time will automatically be charged 50% of the appointment fee.
If you do not show for your appointment, you will automatically be charged 100% of the appointment fee.
Anybody failing to attend 2 consecutive appointments will not be given another appointment.

This isn’t a decision I have taken lightly, it’s something that I’ve needed to do for a while now. I totally understand that things come up & plans can change but, since coming back to work after having my little girl, I am limited in the hours that I can work so, last minute cancellations & no shows have a massive effect on my business. With the rising costs of everything at the moment, this is the only way that I can protect my income, my business & my family life.
