Been to Squire locks today for a lady bikers educational day in one of the oldest established lock makers and had the most amazing day ! I didn’t know Our beloved squire made bike security & it’s based in Wolverhampton!!! Had a tour around the factory , got to make my own lock & saw the star of their show the angle grinder resistant Defiant disc Lok that I got to try & attack myself 😂 5 angle grinder blades later & this beast was still holding strong due to it being made from Tungsten carbide & Hardened steel -Well Icarus the crow must of been my lucky charm because omg - I only went and won one 🎉🎉🎉🎉 I couldn’t believe it - I will be so proud to use this on my bike as I saw it actually made in Wolverhampton - how rare is this nowadays- what a traditional black county gem & special place in my heart growing up in Willenhall a lockstown -guys & gals spread the word & let’s support our local businesses - they have all sorts of locks & security for keeping our bikes safe & I would 100% recommend from what I saw today
