Acne scars aren’t always about adding more. Sometimes they’re about releasing, repairing and regenerating.

📸 :

Following regenerative microneedling with exosomes, I often combine targeted scar release techniques with tissue-supportive treatments to improve skin quality, texture and long-term remodelling.

Every scar tells a different story rolling, tethered, inflammatory, fibrotic which is why treatment should never be one-size-fits-all.

Regeneration over camouflage
Skin quality over quick fixes
Long-term results over trends

Comment “SCARS” if you want a breakdown of how I approach acne scar treatment.

Medical notes 📝 |

Presenting complaint : Asymmetrical lips

History : Previous filler and dissolving had left the top lip looking flatter, uneven and lacking structure.

Plan/Aim : The goal was never “bigger”.
It was refinement.

Procedure :

Using we focused on:
▫️ rebuilding upper lip support
▫️ restoring symmetry and balance
▫️ improving the cupid’s bow definition
▫️ softening the uneven appearance
▫️ keeping movement and a natural finish

The result : softer, more harmonious lips that fit the face naturally not overfilled, not obvious, just balanced.
This is why lip work is about precision, not volume.

When Christine McGuinness first messaged me, her main concern was the persistent lumps left after previous lip filler treatments elsewhere. After dissolving part of the old filler, the lips became flatter, uneven and lacked structure particularly through the top lip and cupid’s bow.

Using The Cult Method™, the goal wasn’t to overfill… it was to restore balance, harmony and proportion.

By carefully rebuilding the lip architecture, we recreated definition through the cupid’s bow, improved symmetry and achieved a softer, more refined ratio that still looked natural to her face.

This is why corrective work is completely different to simply “adding filler”.
It’s about understanding anatomy, proportions and long-term lip aesthetics.

Subtle. Structured. Balanced.

Nose deviation correction using filler.

One of the most overlooked areas in facial balancing is how even subtle nasal asymmetry can affect overall facial harmony.

This patient wanted a refined, natural improvement not an “overdone” nose.

Using carefully placed filler, the aim was to:
• improve visible deviation
• create better alignment
• enhance overall facial balance
• maintain softness and natural character

No surgery.
No drastic change.
Just subtle structural refinement.

The best aesthetic work is often the work people can’t immediately identify they simply notice the face looks more balanced, harmonious and refreshed.

This is where facial balancing differs from trend-led aesthetics.
It’s not about changing identity.
It’s about improving proportion.

“Not every lip transformation needs to look ‘done’.

This result was all about refinement, balance and restoring proportion creating a softer upper lip, improving hydration and structure, while still keeping the lips natural and wearable.

One of the biggest misconceptions in aesthetics is that fuller lips automatically mean better lips. In reality, great lip work is about:
• respecting facial harmony
• supporting the natural anatomy
• improving shape before volume
• and knowing when to stop

In this case, the focus was:
— defining the cupid’s bow
— improving lower lip support
— correcting asymmetry
— and subtly everting the lip to create a more youthful, hydrated appearance

The result?
A lip that still feels like her… just elevated.

This is the difference between simply adding filler and understanding lip architecture.”

Or shorter / more “Cultskin” style:

“Attention to detail.

No overfilling.
No migration.
No trendy ‘copy and paste’ lips.

Just balanced, structured lip design tailored to the face.

Subtle enhancement can still create powerful transformation when proportions, support and shape are respected.”
