Being a small business owner is un-disputably stressful at times. Although you may work less actual hours than if you were in a full-time job, your mind is constantly on the go and this can be exhausting. We may think that we do not have much work on as we build up our business, but the actual toll on our bodies from stress and worry can quickly lead us to burnout.
Burnout creeps up on us. We become more and more tired. We become perhaps irritable. We have trouble focusing on work or anything around us. Sometimes we become withdrawn. If left unchecked this pattern can lead to serious illness.

Frank Petter's books on Reiki are down to earth and useful for the Reiki practitioner. This one is the best Reiki book I have read to date, it dispells many of the so called rules that have been attributed to Dr Usui through the Western Masters.
Might be worth adding to your reiki library.
