We introduce to you our new wax melt houses ๐Ÿซถ๐Ÿฝ The perfect Christmas decoration, add just one block from our wax melt bar, or a bit of water and a few drops of our pure essential oil blend in the top, then add a tea light underneath and enjoy the scent that slowly floats out through the chimney ๐Ÿ’š

These gorgeous houses will be sold as a set with a wax melt block for just ยฃ15 or with our pure essential oil blend for ยฃ18.

EAT WELL! We all know good food is good for our bodies, trying to eat a healthy balanced diet really helps our minds too. Eating well is something we have both been really trying harder with and it only brings positive effects. When we eat well our bodies are better balanced, with reduced blood sugar highs and lows, which in turn further reduces anxiety. We donโ€™t have to eat perfectly all the time, but by making smaller, better habits we will feel the benefits ๐Ÿ’š

GET QUALITY SLEEP! A good nights sleep does wonders for many things, particularly anxiety. Anxious thoughts may keep us awake at night but if you try and stick to regular sleep patterns it will help. Try reading rather than looking at screens before bed to help settle you into rest easier and adding a calming and relaxing pure essential oil candle before bed or whilst reading ๐Ÿ’š

GET OUT IN NATURE!! Spending time in nature reduces stress and has a hugely positive impact on our mental health. Go for a walk in nature, tend to your garden, arrange some nice flowers, whatever you choose, try and incorporate nature into your daily routine to help with anxiety ๐Ÿ’š

GET MOVING! Exercise as we all know helps with anxiety, but maybe you just donโ€™t want to do a workout, so one thing that works for us is playing your favourite music really loudly and just dancing like no one is watching! Trust us, give it a go. Itโ€™s an instant mood booster ๐Ÿ’š

We have started with mediation - making space for just 10 minutes in our daily schedules of lighting a candle, and quietly meditating allows us to calm our minds, thus reducing our anxious thoughts.
