6 weeks of small group training to get you in the right mindset to get strong this summer.
If you’re feeling like you need to up the ante with your exercise routine, or you want a bit of focused time to get a routine off the ground - this is for you.
Starting after Easter, I’m launching a 6-week Summer Strong Programme designed to help you feel stronger, fitter and most importantly, on track to feeling great and ready for summer. (Yes… the recent sunshine has definitely got me excited ☀️)
Each week combines Pilates, barre, yoga and resistance training in a progressive programme that builds strength and endurance while focusing on good form and technique.
And as always, the group will stay very small with a max of 3 people - but it’s less like a class and more like small group training.
The details:
• Thursdays at 10am
• 16 April – 21 May
• 55 minute sessions (45 min workout + 10 min flexibility)
• Progressive programming — it gets harder as you get stronger
£110 for the full 6-week programme
If you’d like a space, send me a message or book through my website (link in bio)
Spots are limited to 3 — but if there’s enough interest I’ll open a second session.
Any questions, just drop me a DM 💬
I remember being told to start with correct breathing when returning to exercise after having children. BREATHING! I thought - nope, I want to start moving. But you’re going to have to trust me on this one.
Love from someone who learnt the hard way. X

A little reintroduction 👋

The things you say in class are my favourite moments!
Pelvic floor issues? I’ve got you.
Pelvic floor strength isn’t about doing more, it’s about doing things a little differently.
In these classes, we blend simple education with gentle, guided movement to help you feel how small adjustments in your body can build strength and support. 💪
Here’s a little taster of what’s in the programme.

Pelvic floor strength is often reduced to doing more Kegels, more reps, more often.
But in my work as a pre/postnatal corrective exercise specialist, it’s clear that real change comes from understanding how the whole body is working together.
The pelvic floor doesn’t work in isolation. It responds to breath, posture, pressure, and how you move through everyday life. When those pieces aren’t working well together, symptoms like leaking, heaviness or weakness can present themselves.
Pelvic Floor: Essentials for Strength is a progressive, whole-body, movement-led programme designed to help you understand what’s going on in your own body and rebuild strength in a way that actually transfers into real life.
It’s not a quick fix and it’s not generic advice.
It’s clear, practical guidance you can use, whether you’re postnatal, peri/menopausal, returning to exercise, or navigating ongoing symptoms.
The programme is all online and lifetime access is just £39.

Many people assume that stress urinary incontinence (SUI) is only something that new mum’s or older women need to worry about. But I’m here to tell you that isn’t the case.
In one social media-based survey of female weightlifters:
59% experienced SUI when lifting
67% believed it was a normal part of the sport
More worryingly thought, most women aren’t getting the right support.
When asked where they turned for help:
29% sought advice from the internet
20% asked friends at the gym 😅
13% spoke to a coach from the gym
And just 8.5% consulted with a pelvic floor specialist.
If you’re a lifter and these stats are ringing true for you, maybe it’s time to get some professional support as you don’t need to suffer in silence.
Or, if you want to start weight training but you’re worried that your pelvic floor isn’t up to the task - I am here to help.
*Note: This was a self-reported survey conducted via social media, so responses may reflect selection bias and may not represent the wider population.
