I pride myself on making my treatments affordable, representing good value for money for the service received.
Due to increasing costs I have had to make the difficult decision to increase my mobile appointment price. I hope this still represents a good value for money to you all, however, if you’d like to save some money by attending my home clinic in Maidenhead instead then this option is available 💜

I’m back from annual leave and straight back into client appointments and study!
The next couple weeks are going to be HOT HOT HOT 🥵 so please may I ask that if you have a mobile appointment booked in with me to ensure that the room is kept dark with all windows and curtains closed all day until your appointment start time. This will help keep the room Temperature down for me during the appointment.
If you have a fan, please have that free for me to use in the room and I will do my best to provide the highest quality massage possible under these scorching conditions.

☀️ 3 TIPS TO KEEP YOUR HOME COOL FOR YOUR MASSAGE IN THIS HEAT!🥵
I have been a mobile therapist since 2017 and I can honestly say that I can only think of 1 or 2 homes that have actually had air conditioning!
It’s been a long hot week and for me, especially as a mobile therapist who has little control over the environments that I will be working in, my job can get difficult. You can see in the photo the temperature is 21.8 Celsius, this is a good massage therapy temperature. Anything higher than around 24/25Celsius your therapist will start to feel the effects of tiredness, physical fatigue and potentially dehydration.
Massage therapy is a really physical job so our body heat rises just the same as if we were doing any other form of exercise so working in this heat can be hard work and it takes a toll on our body’s, so here are some tricks to help cool your home and/or the room you will have your massage appointment in:
BLOCK OUT HEAT WITH CURTAINS 🔆- keep your curtains closed! Blackout curtains work best as they will completely prevent the sun from getting in. However, Consumer Reports state that neutral-toned curtains with white plastic backings are best for reflecting away sunlight. These curtains can actually reduce heat gain by up to 33%!
OPEN WINDOWS IN THE EVENING 🪟-
Let out the heat in your home by opening your windows when the sun goes down in the evenings, the hot air will escape letting the fresher less hot air in.
CREATE A DIY AIR CONDITIONER 🧊- Put your trays of ice cubes to good use! Fill a shallow pan or bowl with ice or freeze large 2L bottles of water and once completely frozen place in front or behind a fan. As the ice melts, the fan will pick up the cold air/water particles and blow them around the room creating a cool mist.
