While physiotherapy covers a broader range of healthcare areas, Sports Therapy focuses on helping people recover from injury, improve movement, and return to activity with confidence, particularly (but not only) in sports.

A great weekend in Glasgow for Basketball England Under 18 Men’s tournament 🏴

Due to upcoming commitments with England Basketball and 3×3, I’ll be reducing my clinic hours over the coming months. I’ll still be offering sports massage and treatment sessions, but hours/ days may be more limited.
For the rest of June, July, and August, availability will be posted monthly rather than weekly- so please keep an eye out for updates and get in touch to book ahead.
