Prophet ﷺ said: "Part of a person's being a good Muslim is his leaving alone that which does not concern him."

Four Things Which The Messenger Of Allāh ﷺ Sought Refuge From

‎عن عبد الله بن عمرو أن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم كان يتعوذ من أربع : من علم لا ينفع ، ومن قلب لا يخشع ، ودعاء لا يسمع ، ونفس لا تشبع

From ‘Abdullāh b. ‘Amr Raḍi-Allāhu 'Anhu who narrated that the Prophet Ṣallallāhu-'Alaihi Wa Sallam used to seek refuge from four:

• From knowledge that does not benefit
• From a heart that does not fear (Allāh)
• From a supplication that is not heard
• And from a soul that is not satisfied

Sh. Ṣāliḥ al-Fawzān: “As for him saying ‘Astaghfirullāh’ with his tongue but persisting upon sins/disobedience with his actions, then he is a liar (and) his Istighfār will not benefit him,

as Fuḍayl b. ‘Iyāḍ said: ‘Seeking Allāh’s Forgiveness while not abandoning (sins) is the repentance of liars’.”

Imam az-Zuhri said: “Upon Allaah is to explain, upon the Messenger is to convey, and upon us is to accept (without questioning).”

Ibn Taymiyyah:

If these verses (Ayat al-Kursi) are read with sincerity to Allaah, the Jinn will leave.

Imam Dhahabi: “Either you speak with knowledge or you remain silent with gentleness.”
