Too often we put all our energy into maintaining a healthy body that we end up neglecting our mind. The mind is recognized as one of the three healths Stress, anxiety, past traumas and more can all put a huge strain on our lives, yet rather than stopping to take the time to deal with these feelings head-on we choose instead to suppress or put up with them, discounting the importance of our emotional wellbeing. In the long term, this can be extremely detrimental to our physical health, causing our bodies to feel run down and overwhelmed, even resulting in serious illness. Your emotions, intellect and will are in your mind. That is why the mind and emotions need to care for the same way we take our physical health seriously and go for routine check-ups.

To live in balance and be centered is to have the body, mind and spirit in alignment.
