Today marks World Skin Health Day 2025, under the theme - No Health Without Skin Health.
We’re reminded that skin health is health.
It’s not just about beauty - your skin is your largest ORGAN and first line of defense.
As a Cosmetic Scientist, I must highlight the growing link between skin bleaching/ lightening and skin cancer.
Skincare products with mercury, hydroquinone, and other harmful ingredients damage the skin and increase the risk of skin cancer and other skin issues.
💚 Access to safe skincare, must not be a privilege - it’s a right. Everyone, deserves access to safe and healthy skincare.
When I started , I was clear about one thing - creating safe, healthy and effective nature-derived beauty products!
