Squeeze the leaves into a bathing BUCKET.( *you can do this by washing the leaves like washing dirty clothes in a bucket. The fluid or the water in the leaves will come out)*

After this, remove the leaves and throw it away.

It's only the water from the leaves that is needed.

Add the coconut water to the water you squeezed from the leaves in the bucket... *Make sure you do all this in the same bucket that you squeezed or washed the leaves.*

After this,

Mix everything together in the bucket. ( *I mean ,the water from the leaves and the coconut water)*

After mixing it together,
*DRINK A LITTLE OUT OF IT IN THE BUCKET*

*Now* ,

THE REST,
*GO AND BATH WITH IT AT *MIDNIGHT(12AM)*

Add a little clean water to it so you can use it to bath..

*NOTE*

Bathing should be done from head to toe.

Don't use black bucket

Allow the water to dry on you.

Don't do it when menstruating.
