手工皂與肥皂的分別：

手工皂：
手工皂中含有1/4以上的甘油以及許多營養成份，甘油是極佳的濕潤劑皮膚軟化劑，對於肌膚的保濕及滋潤有很好的效果在達到清潔皮膚，給皮膚補充養分的同時，使皮膚形成天然的保護膜，讓皮膚回復健康狀況。
手工皂不僅對肌膚溫和，且有利 環保。因手工皂與化學清潔劑不一樣，在與水接觸後約 24 小時，會被細菌分解水與二氧化碳。 就算留入河川大洋也不會造成環境污染及對生物造成威脅。

普通肥皂：
首先這些產品的確可以把臉洗乾淨，但也僅僅是洗乾淨，因為缺少甘油，所以不會給皮膚形成保護膜，也不會給你保濕，洗完很清爽，但乾了之後皮膚就繃繃的，長期使用會使皮膚水油失衡，再加上這些產品中添加的起泡劑等化學成分，都會破壞皮膚天然的保護膜，使皮膚成為鹼性，導致膚質越來越差。
化學清潔劑流入河川，要經過一段粉長粉長的時間才會被自然溶解，惡性巡環下，
河川沒法溶解這些界面活性劑，到最後害的是我們，及後代子孫…

Olive Oatmeal Soap

Oatmeal contain both anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties, making it an ingredient to use on sensitive skin. So you don't end up dry and flaky after its use.

Avocado Soap

Made with 100% pure avocado purée, moisturising as it cleans with the natural rejuvenating properties of this powerful fruit. Avocado offers relief for almost every skin type, gently cleansing oily skin with no irritation to keep pores clear and healthy.

If you look at commercial soaps, there are most likely made of chemical detergents, hardeners and synthetic lathering agents. Some of these ingredients, can be drying or irritating on the skin.

Handmade soap contains glycerin. Glycerin is a humectant that attracts moisture from the air to the skin. It is produced naturally during the soapmaking process. It's one of the amazing thing of making handmade soap!

Cold or hot process soap is made with skin loving oils, such a coconut oil, olive oil and avocado oil. This combination of oils is what makes each bar completely unique.

There is a question about " isn't handmade soap made with lye? I don't want to put lye in my skin" completely agree! But if you calculate correctly, there is no lye leftover in handmade soap. Once the lye and oils emulsify and combine, the saponification process begins. This process turns the lye and oils into the soap. This is what I passionate about. You can put your favourite herbs, essential oils derived from plants and natural colorants like clays. Other ingredients like milk and purees can also be added to handmade soap. You won't find those quality ingredients in the mass produced commercially made soaps. It is due to the high material costs and long time consumption that commercial soap maker won't consider doing handmade soaps.

手工皂，改善我和我家人皮肤的问题！

回头一看，接触手工香皂已经过了三个年头。以前我小儿子一到夏天，皮肤就开始脱皮，干燥发痒，到了冬天，就会干裂甚至抓破皮肤，到最后流血收场，长期下来花了不少医药费。我先生也有皮肤炎，他皮肤是特别干燥，只要一天忘了擦护肤液，最后我看到的就是皮肤四处有血迹。

皮肤的不适应感造成我许多困擾，皮肤科医生告戒不能使用任何淸洁用品，于是我只能用手套每当我要洗碗或者洗衣服。但是洗完之后，手还是感觉痒痒的。直到一次巧遇，我和我一位朋友说起我和我家人皮肤的问题。她就送了几块手工香皂给我们。用了一个礼拜后，我儿子的皮肤状况竟神奇的得到改善，红肿和发痒的湿疹得到改善，皮肤也不再干燥脱皮，从此以后，我就投入手工皂的世界而無法自投。

手工皂清洁力佳，非常天然及环保，而且不会伤害肌肤，24小时之内就完全被分解成二氧化碳及水，流入大海。为了杜绝毒害生活，从今天起，就开始使用天然的人工皂吧！也不会造成环境污染，为了保护自己，保护环境，使用天然的清洁用品吧，無疑是环保健康的方式。

Shikon Soap!

Shikon is a Purple Gromwell in Japan. It has been used for around 1300 years. It's root can be used for herbal medicine. It also used for many centuries due to their extraordinary healing and anti-inflammatory, antiseptic properties and is used for soothing and healing wounds.
