Do you or someone you know have a sore throat, but want to try a natural remedy? I made this one for myself and it’s amazing ⭐️ it’s a warm thick syrup that coats your throat when you take a spoonful of it (yum), but when added to your hot tea or just hot water, you get to inhale the soothing and lovely aromas that unclog a stuffy nose and open up airways, too. I highly recommend that you try it, it’s just so good 🙌🏼
You will need:

🍯 8 tbsps. honey
🌿 8 drops peppermint
🌿 8 drops wild orange
🌿 8 drops lemon
🌿 8 drops frankincense
🌿 8 drops On Guard

Mix everything in a little glass jar. Add a teaspoon or more to your hot tea or hot water. Inhale the oils and enjoy your hot beverage. You can also just have a tablespoon of this syrup to immediately soothe your throat.
