Many people like to eat bread or sandwiches for breakfast. In recent years many health conscious people eat whole wheat bread instead of white bread for the high dietary fibre content. There are many different types of wheat bread in the supermarket, but some of them are not 100% whole wheat bread. You should read the nutrition label to see if the ingredients include whole wheat flour or wheat bran for classifying whole wheat bread. However different types of mooncakes are having high fat and sugar content. A traditional mooncake has about 840kcal, equivalent to calories of 4 bowls of rice.
