When you tell your fish, “Don’t worry, you’ll be famous one day”… and now it’s the star of my spicy disaster masterpiece.
I tried to make a traditional dish, but now it looks like the fish went to war and lost—heroically and with sambal.
Still tasted amazing though. A little crispy, a little juicy, and a whole lot of “OMG my mouth is on fire!”
Even the lemongrass looks confused.

Moral of the story: never judge a dish by its battlefield.
