Happy World Porridge Day everyone!!!!! 🥣

World Porridge Day was first organized on 10th October 2009 to raise funds for the charity, Mary’s Meals, based in Argyll, Scotland. This amazing charity helps fed starving children in developing countries by providing free school meals in hundreds of schools worldwide and the charity now feeds more than one million children daily. 👏 👏

Porridge is super nutritious and a great meal to start the day with. You can add so many healthy toppings to make it extra yummy including fruit, seeds, almonds, peanut butter, cocoa nibs.... the combinations are endless and made with almond or coconut milk makes it even yummier!!! 🥣 😋❤️

My 2 fav places for porridge are LEGIT COFFEE CO, Phibsborough and Kale+Coco, Stoneybatter ❤️

Can’t wait to try my zero waste, organic, palm free Handmade Soap in lemon which I bought from Earthmother at Vegfest last weekend ❤️

I also bought this cute soap rest made from natural coconut fibers to keep my soap nice and cozy 🤣
I am trying to cut back on buying plastic bottles as much as possible so no more shower gel for me! It’s natural soap all the way from now on 👌
You can buy natural soap in all Health shops so you won’t have to look far and it’s so much better for the environment.
