Golden phyllo pie filled with savory mushrooms 🥧🍄
Ingredients 🛒
• Mushrooms – 400 g
• Onion – 100 g
• Phyllo pastry – 6 sheets
• Olive oil – 60 ml
• Feta cheese – 100 g
• Eggs – 2
• Parsley – 2 tbsp
• Salt & pepper – to taste
Instructions 👩🍳
1️⃣ Sauté mushrooms and onion until soft.
2️⃣ Remove from heat and mix with feta, eggs, and parsley.
3️⃣ Layer phyllo sheets with olive oil in a pan.
4️⃣ Add filling and cover with remaining sheets.
5️⃣ Bake at 180°C (350°F) until golden brown.
Crispy, flaky, and full of flavor! 😍

Eggplants stuffed with onion and tomato 🍆✨
Ingredients 🛒
• Eggplants – 800 g
• Onion – 200 g
• Tomato – 300 g
• Garlic – 3 cloves
• Olive oil – 100 ml
• Parsley – 2 tbsp
• Sugar – 1 tsp
• Salt & pepper – to taste
Instructions 👩🍳
1️⃣ Cut eggplants and soften by frying or baking.
2️⃣ Sauté onions and garlic in olive oil.
3️⃣ Add tomatoes, sugar, and seasoning.
4️⃣ Stuff eggplants with mixture.
5️⃣ Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 40–45 minutes.
