Kunjal Kriya, also known as Vaman Dhauti, is a Hatha Yoga cleansing practice where a person drinks large amounts of warm, salty water and then voluntarily induces vomiting to cleanse the digestive tract, stomach, and esophagus. It's one of the Shatkarma purification techniques and is used to remove impurities, alleviate digestive issues like acidity and indigestion, and can benefit asthma and headaches.
