Though I was aware that brain health is not everyone's cup of tea, I always had a wish to spread awareness about the importance of taking care of and nourishing brain through yoga and a healthy lifestyle.
Sorry, I was confused.
I have forgotten
Couldn't sleep well last night.
Lot of headache frequently.

For me..working with Pregnant women and dealing their issues through yoga and Naturopathy has always been like a divine experience.

We have successfully completed "Know about your second brain", a 16 day short term course conducted in association with SVYASA deemed to be University ; Bengaluru.
I'm forever grateful to the University and participants who are helping me lead a passion driven life.
These sessions bring a lot of joy and satisfaction to my soul.
Body is a living temple and the one residing inside is God.
And given an opportunity of lifetime; how would we all like to treat that God within us ?
With Respect and dignity right ???
Then, why don't we eat on time ? Why do we eat preserved staple foods ? Why do we eat when we are not hungry ? Why do we talk or watch something while eating ?
Through these sessions; participants got an idea about the importance of respecting one's body for leading a healthy and a happy life.

Oh Pregnancy Yoga ??
Does it help in delivering normally ?
Does it reduce backpain and improve sleep ?
Does it modulate weight gain ?
YES. Yes.. It does all the above.
But SAKHI'S Holistic Pregnancy Yoga sessions helps the clients to become conscious parents in this journey.
The sessions concentrate on over all development of both mother and child and emphasizes upon building the positive bond between both; helps the mother understand her needs and build self love etc.

We have successfully completed GARBHA JNANA short term online course through SVYASA ~ deemed to be University for the 5th time.
Unlearning and Relearning should be one of the important most qualities of a parent to raise a better human.
What I have believed as a child; i shouldn't impose the same on my child is what GARBHA JNANA emphasizes upon.
The incident which hurted me shouldn't reoccur in my child's life because of my harsh behavior and past hidden traumas is what GARBHA JNANA preaches.
Gentle parenting is a child's right. It is not luxury anymore.
Conscious parenting is the need of the hour to raise kind and compassionate children.
Respectful parenting doesn't mean pampering the child. It is understanding that child too has their own feelings; emotions and they act accordingly.
I am always grateful to SVYASA and coordinators of ODL team who let me reach people through this platform and fulfill my dream of spreading prevention medicine and spirituality. Svyasa Bengaluru

But imagine if the parent itself doesn't know about positive upbringing?
A healthy positive upbringing starts with a healthy and positive personality parents.
Through Garbha Rakshanam; we emphasized upon the importance of being a healthy and a happy couple at physical, mental, emotional and spiritual planes to deliver a healthy and a happy progeny who can have a better future for not just themselves but for the nation as well.

Keep dreaming strongly about what you would like to contribute to the nation. And at the end universe falls in love with a strong hearted person and makes their dreans come true.
I was shattered when I got to know about my pregnancy complications and gynecologist said not to go to the duty anymore.
That's when my friend Dr SriGowri encouraged me to conduct these short term courses online through SVYASA platform.
In a line; this is our 4th course launched.
Till the end of my pregnancy and now with my little one, I'm able to achieve my dream of reaching people through Naturopathy and yoga. And Im forever grateful as always to SVYASA university Svyasa Bengaluru and my family members who are supporting me in this journey of fulfilling my passion..
I am blessed to get participants who understood my life with the little one and patiently traveled with me in these 16 days.

We have successfully completed *PAAKAGRHA~ Kitchen as your Pharmacy* 16 days short term online course through SVYASA platform.
Eating with awareness gives us health..
Eating for the sake of filling our tummies may not give us health always.
Eating with gratitude gives us health.
Eating with lot of stressful thoughts and distractions may not give us health always.
Eating with knowledge of labels and nutrients gives us health.
Eating with ignorance may lead to dis~ease at times.
Through PAAKAGRHA; we aimed to educate all the participants with sufficient knowledge about what to eat; how to eat; why to eat and when to eat.
