Pamper Your Skin With Love

There are only handful of soaps in the market that dry skin people like us can use. All most all the drug store soaps smells amazing but no matter how many gorgeous actresses say all those good thing we want to hear, only we know how much they drying out our skin. For a change, I thought of trying out a soap that has good reviews on net from Biotique .
Product - Biotique Bio Almond Oil Nourishing Body Soap

Here is my review after using it continously for 2 weeks. 🌸 Though they call it soap with almond oil ,soap contains more coconut oil and castor oil(31.5%) than almond oil(0.02%). Anyway I am okay with it as both of those oils are amazing for skin. It contains many great ingredients which makes the skin soft and smooth.
🌸 It's dermatologically tested for safety, cruelty free and free from preservatives as well. Couldn't ask for more from a soap as normally those are full of chemicals.
🌸 Basically you can see through the soap like glycerine soaps.
🌸 I love the smell of the soap. It's hard to describe it but let's say that it smells like those familiar light smell of nice ayurvedic beauty products. It won't be a problem even if you don't like the smell because it does not linger with you after the bath. For me personally, it is not a problem, as my focus is on the pleasant bath experience. I always apply body lotion right after my bath so I never smell like my soap or body wash.
🌸 It can be used on face as well. I do not say that it is super moisturizing but it definitely does not dry out your skin at all. I use loofah for lathering the soap and it is very soothing on the skin.
🌸 It is best for normal to dry skin people. This is a no for oily skin people at any given day. This does not clean away your oil.
🌸I know that the important thing is the packaging. That also I found very attractive.
Definitely recommending it as it lives up to it's claims.

Don't you just love when you receive a package through online shopping. 😘 It's a different feel altogether. Though you know exactly what you have ordered, still we are so excited and eager to open these boxes as if we have received some gift. Years back I used to steel my sister's skin care products to use when she is not around and I used to love them 😉. This is about good 8+ years back when I was schooling. I very well remember that she had this amazing green color scrub from Aroma Magic and always wanted to buy one because every time I use it, it makes my skin glow. Those days, I had no money to buy because In Sri Lanka, good beauty products are pretty expensive. But time went by and I totally forgot about it.

Recently during my hunt for a face wash for dry skin, I came across this. It is actually really hard to find products that lives upto expectation in the affordable products range. But as soon as I saw the word "Aroma Magic" , I was too sure that this can not go wrong.

This is specially made for those who are having dry skin. It has this amazing creemy and buttery texture with hint of very light purple color. I swear that this does not make your skin feel dry after washing it off as I very well understand that it is basically the biggest issue all of you have. It truely live up to it's claims. I basically use it at night which actually makes me feel so nice, specially with the soothing fragrance of lavender. I highly recommend this products and a big tumbs up from my side. This is a small review on my new purchase. This is made for ladies with acne prone skin. All are full size products and additionally they have included a facial massager to the kit. Price - INR 630 ( INR 441 in amazon after discount)

Neem face wash - Really good face wash that gives a very fresh clean feel after washing.👍 Cleansing milk - really good cleanser which cleanse the skin so well. 👍

Neem scrub - very gentle on the skin and can be used daily. Scrub exfoliates the skin well and gives a glow on face without damaging it but do not rub so hard on face. 👍 Refreshing and clarifying toner - very basic toner which actually feel like it doesn't do much to the process. 🙄

Neem face pack - used it only 3 times u till now so I cannot comment much about the effectivess. But it is herbal and gives you that instant brightness to the skin with feel of cleanliness. It does gives you tingly feel when you apply it but fades way after some time. Remember that the pack is drying out the skin abit so remember to apply a good moisturiser afterwards. 👍 Nourishing face moistorizing lotion - concistency is good but bit runny. The problem is the areas near my mouth and nose get this weird tingling sensation when I apply it which might be cause of herbal ingredients but I hate it. It really ruins the whole feel of a facial. 👎

Massager - The cleansing brush is useful for some extent which can be used to even massage your cream to the face but the exfoliating brush is useless. If you want your skin to rip off from your face, you can use it forsure.😉 This is my honest long review on the facial kit. If you are a fan of herbal products, it's okay to give it a try.

After moving to bangalore one of the worst things happened to me was that my lips got so dried, the skin on it started to come off. I couldn't even apply lipstick as it looks so bad with chapped lips. I tried a very famous tinted lip balm in maybelline baby lips range but though my lip colour looked amazing, my lips were not at all moisturized. Then I came across which clames to give total moisture for 24hrs. Still you will need several reapplications during the day whenever you feel that your lips are dry. Still the lip balm is amazing. It has no colour or a scent.

Trust me this tube can be used for months as you need so little for daily use. Not recommending to apply below a lipstick as it is too moisturising that will make your lipstick colour go off sooner than expected.

Normally for the people with dry skin face alot of trouble finding that one moisturiser which suits you the best. Normally the moisturisers for us are too greesy, too heavy on skin, takes too much time to absorb to skin or mostly makes skin looks instantly darker with the oiliness. So far light moisturiser is the best one I found that suits me. It's creamy and absorbs so quickly without making it greesy. It is truly very light and creamy.

MRP - INR 75 for 50ml (can be used up to 2 months). It comes in many sizes.

Usage - I normally apply this just after shower, twice a day or whenever I wash my face with face wash. Applying over the damp skin is more effective.
