Parenthood brings with itself a whole another level of dive into the sense of balance!....
From the beginning, I have been a person who likes to spontaneous but now I am learning to plan, and create a balance in every walk of my life so that I can be there for my kid, husband, and the rest of the family but also be with myself!

Well I am happy to be back sharing my practice with you all. being a new mom, I have started to feel a lot of stiffness in my upper back due to various reasons like holding the baby, sitting in a wrong posture for a longer time.... so I decided to get back to yoga for remedy!

I have put together a series of Asanas that you can perform everyday. The asanas included are:
🍀Ustrasana: Camel pose - Relieves tension in the back and increases spine flexibility
🍀Baddhakonasana: Butterfly - Inner thigh stretch and massages reproductive organs
🍀Paschimottanasana: Seated forward fold- Massages abdominal organs, gives a good hamstring stretch when feet are flexed and stretches your spine
🍀Purvottanasana: Reverse plank pose- Strengthens the arm, wrist and legs. Stretches the shoulders, chest, and legs.
🍀Pawanmuktasana: wind relieving pose- stimulates digestive organs, gets rid of excess gas in the body and a must do for morning Yoga practice!
