My Dedication & Hardworking 💪😎👍
First Phase:
Hard work and dedication helped me transform from 110 kgs to 63 kgs successfully.
Second Phase:
Now, I'm focused on getting rid of loose skin and achieving a lean, muscular, aesthetic body. This phase is a tough challenge that requires lots of patience and extra motivation, and I deeply appreciate the inspiration from the right people who understand these concerns.

A Brief Short Story of My Journey
1. Strength Training: For the past 4.9 years, I have been sincere and consistent with my strength training routine.
2. Diet and Calorie Management: For 4.6 years, I have followed a dedicated diet plan, meticulously counting calories and measuring food before cooking. I managed my calorie intake, sometimes surviving on 1300 calories, but typically consuming between 1800 - 2000 calories. Currently, I focus on a low-carb, low-fat, and protein-rich, self-customized diet.
3. Weight Loss and Muscle Gain:
First Year: I lost 38 kgs, dropping from 110 to 72 kgs. During COVID-19, some mistakes led to muscle loss.
Second Year: A systematic approach helped me sustain my progress.
Third Year:I concentrated on fat loss, maintaining a weight of 70 kgs.
Fourth Year: My progress led me to 63 kgs, but without muscle gain.
Recent Months: I have been experimenting on my own, noticing appreciable changes, including muscle growth. However, I still struggle with loose skin, which I aim to reduce naturally.
Key Insights from 4.9 Years of Experience
Uniqueness: Just as we are unique individuals, our bodies are also unique. Understanding its behavior, actions, and reactions is a complex challenge, involving a combination of physiology, psychology, and philosophy, and relying on both physical and metaphysical elements and energies.
Personal Awareness: My fitness journey has been a process of experimenting and experiencing various tasks, diet and calorie calculations, exercises, and physical measurements, all contributing to my self-enlightenment.

Passion Path:
The path to passion often originates in unfulfilled dreams, which can have their roots in various life stages, including childhood, adolescence, or adulthood. When an individual carries a dream or aspiration that remained unrealized, it can ignite a profound desire, often accompanied by a sense of longing and even pain, all of which serve as the fuel for the flames of passion.
Take, for example, my own story, which vividly illustrates how a dream from my teenage years persists and evolves into a passionate pursuit after 60 years of life. Inspired by iconic figures like Bruce Lee, Silver Stallion, and Arnold Schwarzenegger, my youthful aspiration to become a strong, muscular individual endured through the decades.
In essence, passion frequently emerges as a response to unmet dreams, with its intensity directly tied to the depth of desire and the emotional connection to that dream. It is this profound bond and the unwavering drive to transform the dream into reality that empower individuals to overcome obstacles and achieve their aspirations.
The fact that I seized an opportunity and embarked on a triumphant journey of weight loss and fitness at the age of 60 is profoundly inspiring. My unwavering pursuit of this long-cherished dream stands as a testament to the enduring strength of dreams and the resolute determination to bring them to life, regardless of age or circumstances. It serves as a reminder that it is never too late to nurture one's passions and strive for meaningful goals.
My fitness journey now serves as an inspiring example to others who may be on similar paths of self-discovery and personal transformation. I have even been encouraged to become a lifestyle management coach, a prospect I had never previously considered. This newfound opportunity exemplifies the transformative power of following one's passions and the remarkable potential that can emerge when we are driven by our deepest desires.
