Our body has it all. In our body we got everything we need. Then why food is needed. Food is a energy fuel to the body to work. What work out body can do.?
"Our body can breathe, our body can heal, our body can clean, our body can circulate, our body can renew, our body can create."
But we don't give work to our body but force it to work 247 without rest. We assume we are resting but our brain is working continuously. We forget our body by listening to our brain(think, assume, imagine and dream). Do you know Our body can react. React to what we do.
We know everything.
Our brain is listening and knowing the right things and not allowing the body to work on it. We are not giving enough time and space for it to do the work of it but dumping everything into it like garbage tins.
Self healing is daily process.
