It seemed to be a dream journey till today..but now I completely surrender myself to the divine pathway which I am being lead.Starting my yoga journey officially two years back, I am standing here way beyond my thoughts I could be in a very short span of time..Taking this opportunity to thank each and every beautiful souls that supported me..Hope this 2024 shows me more miracles which may bring me more close to my dream and passion✌💝
Saffron✨
1. For sexual debility, drink 1 cup hot milk with a pinch of saffron.
2. For hemorrhoids, take internally a pinch of saffron, 1/2 tsp of triphala and 1 tbsp aloe vera gel twice a day
3. For relief from symptoms of Asthama and cough, mix a pinch of saffron, 1/2 tsp of trikatu and 1 tsp of honey. Have it 2 or 3 times daily.
4.For heart palpitation and chest pain, boil 1/4 cup each of milk and water, 2 pinches of saffron and 1/2 rsp of arjuna. Drink this 2 or 3 times daily.
5. As a brain tonic, try drinking a pinch of saffron and 1/2 tsp of brahmi, boiled in cup of milk
