spread before we head to the beach for the day. Fied up two eggies, heated some leftover sweet potatoes and added avocado sprinkled with goat cheese on the side for a perfect + quick brekkie. Tom and I last minute decided to take a trip to the beach for the day since we've both been so busy, so it'll be nice to relax and get some sunshine!
