Non-boring Chana Salad Recipe
To Boil the Chana:
* 250gms Kala chana (Soaked in 1tsp salt water overnight)
* 1 tsp Salt
* 3 Cups Water
* 1 Tbsp Desi Ghee
* 1 tsp Jeera
* Give 1 whistle on high flame and 6-7 on low flame
To make Spice Mix:
* 1/2 tsp Haldi Powder
* 1 tsp. Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
* 2 tsp Coriander Powder
* 1 Tbsp Chana Masala (Any Brand)
* 1 Cup (hot Water)
For Cooking:
* 2 Tbsp Desi Ghee
* 1 tsp Jeera
* 2 Red Chillies
* 2 Chopped onions
* 1 inch Grated Ginger
* 3-4 Green Chillies
* Add Spice Mix
* Boiled Chana
And then top it with chopped onions, chillies, tomatoes, chaat masala and lime juice. Lemon juice helps absorb the maximum nutrient from the chana. So itβs a must must .
