Yes ....only 2 things that you need consistency & a good alignment for injury preventive movement
This is a technique I love the most; (strengthens& works towards stability of the hip & leg muscles as well ; I would classify it as a full body exercise)
the leg balancing the block on the other leg keeping the core engaged throughout.....and mind you it shouldn't fall ....seems easy? Wait until you try just 3 to 5 rotations 😃😃😃

The yoga chair is a prop which is most loved by alignment teachers and movement therapists across ; the most versatile of all to assist , align and enhance your practice deeper . Apt and beneficial for both beginners and advanced practioners alike ; i love to use the chair especially in my lunges (one of the most common causes of ligament injury around the knee ; due to shifting of weight on the knee unknowingly rather than the thigh)
