DETOX DIETDETOX DIET/ NO PROTEIN DIET/ SIMPLE CARB AND FIBRE DIET
Daily oil intake per head 10/15 ml
Daily Sugar Max 1 tsp per head ( Avoid if u are diabetic or directed by Your Dr)
Daily water intake 2 to 2.5 lit min
Food plan:
On Rising: A glass of warm water with 30Ml Amla juice
Or coriander and pudina paste
Breakfast: 1 to 2 Fulaka or Brown bread ( Roasted) Or khakra
With
Salads/ Vegetables/ Green Chutney (Coriander and pudina)
Or 1 Bowl Upma ( Made up of 2Tbso Rava or Lapshi)
1 Cup Lemon Tea/ Black Tea
Mid Morning : 15/20 Raisins
1/2 Dry Anjir (Fig)
1tsp chia seeds in glass of water ( Previously soaked)
Lunch and Dinner:
Jowar Bhakari , Vegetables and salads
Evening:
Seasonal Fruit
Prefer Papaya/ guavas or Musk melon
6pm 1 Cup Lemon Tea
Late Evening : 1 Bowl vegetable soup if needed
Dinner: Same as Lunch
Salads: Cucumber , Tomato, cabbage, Bell peppers, Raw papaya, celery, parsley, brocolli, zucchini
Vegetable:
All Leafy vegetable
Fruit veggies: Capsicum, Bottle guard , Snake guord, Tendli, Bitter guord Lady finger etc
Beans: French Beans, Radish beans, Walpapadi , Drum stick, Chawali etc
