There are multiple layers of confirmation which we require to start our fitness journey - whether it is a new diet or a new workout regime - we always look for assurance before we step into something new .

The reality is - before you are start any plan or join the gym - you actually take weeks, sometimes even months to take the decision to commit.

A whole day of .ies with the Yes Bank team was so enriching !

Over the workshop, where we spoke to several employees- here are the major challenges we see office goers face while trying to eat healthy !

1. The dabba problem - The management of cooking and packing a tiffin stops many of us office goers from packing a complete meal !

2. The eating less & losing weight concept - As we get busy, in effort to eating healthy or losing weight- we start eating less and go hungry .

3. The Evening snack binge - While we see lunches are always packed and from home - the small snacking - of evening time are usually where we see many give up and eat the unhealthy junk !

What exactly is unhealthy fatloss ?

Things which follow with sudden weightloss achieved in an unhealthy way

🌟 Hair loss- While hairloss is always noticed with significant amount of weightloss, unhealthy quick fatloss will cause very sudden hairloss noticed 3 months after the diet sets in .

🌟 Bad Gut health - You start noticing constipation ( which can happen if you have significantly reduced your food bulk ) or have increased your protein intakr suddenly.

🌟 Mouth Odour - You could have reached ketosis if you started a strict diet plan where you are starving for long durations

Weight on scale is a number - a certain weight on one individual might look completely different as compared to on someone else.

So your ideal weight is usually where you are most comfortable - like here - our patient was very happy at 58 and felt 55 kgs was not in her comfort zone
