Ingredients:_
1 kg Tiger Prawns 🍤 Cleaned and deveined
Beat the egg add 1 tablespoons black pepper..1 teaspoon salt ..add Prawns marinate for 1 hours ..after 1 hour Dust the Prawns in batter and deep fry…
For Batter:_1 Cup all purpose flour (Maida)
1/2 Cup Corn flour
1tablespoon Rice flour
1/2 teaspoons Baking powder
Salt to taste mix them well..
For Dynamite Sauce:_
1/2Cup Mayonnaise…
1teaspoon Seasme Oil
1tablespoon Sweet Chilli Sauce
1teaspoon Soya Sauce
1 tablespoons Sriracha/Hot chilli sauce
1/2 teaspoons Garlic powder
1 teaspoons Vinegar
11/2 tablespoons tomatoes Sauce (ketchup)
Salt to taste and mix it well
ForGarnishing :_Cabbage leaves , roasted Seasme seeds and green onion
